Provincial Nominee Programs for Students (Canadian Immigration)

The International Student w/ Job Offer
This Provincial Nominee sub-category is open to students who have obtained a credential in Ontario and have a job offer in the province. The applicant must hold – or be in the final processes of obtaining – a recent 2-year, full-time diploma or degree from an eligible Ontario institution and meet the job offer requirements.

International PhD Graduate
This Provincial Nominee sub-category is open to students who have obtained or are waiting to receive their PhD from an eligible Ontario institution. No job offer is required for applicants to this category.

Pilot International Master’s Graduate
This Provincial Nominee sub-category is open to students who have obtained or are waiting to receive their Master’s degree from an eligible Ontario institution. The degree must be a full-time-year credential, and the applicant must be in Ontario when applying. Similar to the PhD category, a job offer is not required.
